# 📋 FTAPI SecuRooms: Downloading with end-to-end encryption

This article explains the system requirements for downloading files with end-to-end encryption.

### **Data rooms with end-to-end encryption (E2EE)**

In SecuRooms, data rooms can be created with end-to-end encryption. All folders and files subsequently uploaded to the data room are then also end-to-end encrypted. Only individuals who have been authorized for the data room can decrypt and access the contained files.

### **System requirements for downloading data rooms and folders with E2EE**

Please note that downloading entire folders or data rooms with end-to-end encryption is only possible using the following browsers:

- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge

If you use a different browser, you can still download the contained files, but only individually and not as an entire folder or data room.
