# FTAPI Version 4.38.0 / 4.38.1

This update introduces new features and improvements for FTAPI SecuMails and SecuRooms, along with several bug fixes to enhance system stability and user experience.

### New

- FTAPI SecuMails: Recipients of FTAPI deliveries with security level 3 and 4 can now retrieve end-to-end encrypted files and messages via a user-friendly download page, significantly simplifying access. [Learn more](https://support.ftapi.com/de/article/neue-download-seite-fur-sicherheitsstufe-3-4).
- FTAPI SecuRooms: The new access role “Viewer (no download)” allows users to view shared data rooms without downloading the files. This provides additional security and control over sensitive information. [Learn more](https://support.ftapi.com/de/article/securooms-neue-zugriffsrolle).
- FTAPI SecuRooms: For better usability, the user interface now provides a short description of the four access roles available when sharing data rooms. [Learn more](https://support.ftapi.com/de/article/securooms-beschreibung-fur-zugriffsrollen).
- FTAPI SecuRooms: To create a clear distinction from user groups, the access role “Administrator” has been renamed to “Owner”. The existing permissions and functions of this role remain unchanged. [Learn more](https://support.ftapi.com/de/article/zugrifsrolle-administrator-besitzer).
- FTAPI SecuRooms: The new sorting function for the SecuRooms report provides efficient analysis by allowing sorting based on the following details: name, end-to-end encrypted, and creation date.
- FTAPI SecuRooms: The usability of the [SecuRooms report](https://support.ftapi.com/de/article/securooms-report) has been optimized through simplified navigation and clearer language.
- FTAPI SecuRooms: The upload event is now found in the activity panel and shows when and by whom a file was uploaded to the data room, simplifying tracking. [Learn more](https://support.ftapi.com/de/article/upload-event-im-aktivitaten-panel).
- FTAPI SecuRooms: The “File Activity Log” report has been renamed to “Activity Log”, ensuring a clear and more comprehensive presentation of log contents.
- FTAPI SecuRooms: The activity log now records all upload and delete events for data rooms, enabling transparent tracking of when a file was uploaded or deleted and by whom. [Learn more](https://support.ftapi.com/de/article/securooms-aktivitatenlog).
- FTAPI SecuRooms: The activity log now contains the additional columns “Data room name” and “File path”, enabling detailed tracking.
- FTAPI SecuRooms: The activity log can now be exported in CSV format, facilitating further processing and analysis of the data.

### Fixed

- FTAPI Platform: The captcha challenge that appears after multiple incorrect password entries during login now loads correctly in the Safari browser again.
- FTAPI SecuMails: Resending FTAPI deliveries is working perfectly again.
- FTAPI SecuMails: With version 4.38.0, sending FTAPI deliveries via the web interface was restricted for a very small group of customers, which was immediately resolved with patch release 4.38.1.
- FTAPI SecuRooms & SecuForms:  When switching the browser language from English to German, navigation within the products now works without restrictions again.
- FTAPI SecuRooms: The progress bar in the upload center now displays the upload status correctly.
- FTAPI SecuRooms: The SecuRooms report now lists all persons who have been granted access to the corresponding data rooms, rather than just the first 50 persons per data room.
- FTAPI SecuRooms: In the data room view, the file information “Last modified” is now displayed correctly again.
- FTAPI SecuRooms: The UI bug that caused all other data rooms to appear empty after deleting files in an end-to-end encrypted data room has now been fixed.
