**Why do cloud & on-premises differ?**
In the cloud, we can provide features much faster. For on-premises, we bundle innovations into larger packages. When cloud versions are released frequently, we skip intermediate versions for on-premises to keep your update effort low.

Customers with an on-premises operating mode please follow the instructions in the update guide. Click here for the [**download area**](https://support.ftapi.com/de/article/informationen-fur-on-premises-kunden).
