📋 Delivery: Understanding and setting the validity period for sent files
This article explains how the validity period works when sending files with FTAPI and what effects it has on senders and recipients.
Validity period with FTAPI
When sending files with FTAPI, a validity period is specified. The default setting is 90 days. Once the validity period has expired, the recipient can no longer download the sent file.
Note: Depending on the system administrator's settings, it may not be possible to manually adjust the validity period. Additionally, a different default value may be preconfigured.
