❓ System: How do I get informed about maintenance work and availability?

This article explains how you can view system availability in real time via the FTAPI status page and subscribe to notifications for upcoming maintenance work.

Information on system availability and maintenance

Via the FTAPI status page, you can track system availability in real time and stay informed about upcoming maintenance work. To stay up to date, we recommend subscribing to the news feed of the FTAPI status page (email, Slack, SMS).

You can find the link to the FTAPI status page here.

What information can I find on the status page

  1. The status page provides an overview of the status of:
  • the FTAPI Cloud
  • the notification services (emails sent by the system)
  • the support services (manual & release notes)

2.   The status page also contains an overview of upcoming and past updates and maintenance work, as well as associated downtimes of the FTAPI Cloud.

Update News

To be automatically informed about upcoming maintenance work and associated downtimes, you can also subscribe to the status page as a news feed.

To do this, click on Subscribe to Updates in the top right corner.

You have the option to receive notifications via email, phone, Slack, Atom feed, or RSS feed.
