Release notes for FTAPI version 4.39.0, 4.39.1, and 4.39.2.

New

  • FTAPI SecuRooms: Data rooms can now be assigned individual deletion periods, which automatically delete stored data and documents after the specified time.
  • FTAPI SecuRooms: The access roles available when sharing data rooms are now displayed in the user interface sorted by permissions.
  • FTAPI SecuRooms: Users can now filter the activity log by date and time to track specific activities more easily.
  • FTAPI SecuRooms: Files can now be uploaded to encrypted SecuRooms even if a file with the same name already exists. The new file is automatically appended with "_1".
  • FTAPI SecuMails: Sending deliveries in the browser has a new design. The new design is available as part of a beta phase. If you are interested in testing the new design, please contact your FTAPI representative.

Fixed

Administration:

  • User Report: No longer shows the default date 01.01.1970 for the last login if the user has not yet logged in.
  • Delivery Report: No longer shows the default date 01.01.1970 for deliveries without stored data.
  • Redirect: Redirection to the inbox after the login disclaimer works again.

FTAPI SecuMails:

  • Level 4 deliveries can be decrypted even if there are no attachments.
  • Deliveries could not be sent due to caching issues in the browser.
  • Improved support for Chinese and Cyrillic characters in ZIP downloads.

FTAPI SecuRooms:

  • Sorting of access roles in SecuRooms fixed (high > low).
  • The "Viewer (no download)" role can view encrypted files.

FTAPI SecuForms:

  • Drag-and-drop of files in the file upload field is possible again.
  • Signature fields must be filled out if they are required.

Security

  • Apache Tomcat has been updated to version 9.0.91
