• Accidentally deleted files? The new recycle bin protects against data loss: Admins can now find accidentally deleted folders and files directly in the recycle bin and restore them with just a few clicks. Deleted content remains available for 30 days – allowing you to quickly correct errors and reliably secure important data. Learn more.
• Find information in no time: With the new search function for folders and data rooms, users can specifically search for content and access relevant information much faster – saving time and improving clarity.

SecuMails

• Seamless collaboration across organizational boundaries with the FTAPI Trust Network: Set up secure connections to other organizations to exchange messages in a data-compliant and encrypted manner across organizational boundaries. Once established, deliveries to external partners work just as easily as internal messages. Learn more.
• Keep track while downloading: The improved progress indicator now shows the current status even when downloading multiple files simultaneously – for more transparency and control during file downloads.

SecuMails

• More storage space for active use: Deleted SubmitBox deliveries now automatically free up storage space. This relieves your quota and allows you to continue sending deliveries without restrictions.
• No upload of file names with invalid characters: When uploading a file with invalid characters (< > * / \ | ") in the file name, you will now receive a warning and a prompt to rename the files in order to upload them. 
• Better overview for deliveries without a message: If a delivery contains only a file but no message, this information is now displayed directly in the message field.
• See immediately when a file has been downloaded: As a recipient of a level 3 & 4 delivery with an attachment, you will now be shown when you have downloaded the attachment, even without reloading the page.

SecuForms

• Land directly at the linked SecuForm: No more searching; when you have created a SecuForm with login, you will no longer land in the inbox, but directly at the desired SecuForm. 

SecuRooms

• Easily delete files with long names: Files with particularly long file names could not be deleted. Now you can delete any file, no matter how long the file name is.
• Export of empty folders possible: Empty folders are now also downloaded when exporting a data room, regardless of whether the data room is encrypted or not. This ensures you always have the same folder structure in the data room and in the export. 
• Adjustment of the mobile view: In the mobile view, the button to show details is no longer present, as it did not provide any information anyway and therefore only caused confusion. We are already working on a new, improved view. 
• Error message when entering an incorrect SecuPass: If you enter an incorrect SecuPass incorrectly again, you will continue to see an error message.

Reports

• Download reports without detours: Delivery reports are now available for download regardless of the selected time period. This saves you from manually adjusting filters and gets you to the desired evaluations faster.
