Standard login (without SAML)
In the login form, you can enter both your business email address and your assigned username in the Username or email address field. Both login methods lead to the same user account.
If you do not know whether a username has been stored for your account, please contact your administrator.
Login with SAML (Single-Sign-On)
If your organization uses SAML (Single-Sign-On), you must log in exclusively via the SAML login button. In this case, logging in via the Username or email address field is not possible for your personal account.
During the SAML login process, you will be redirected to your identity provider (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD), where you will authenticate with your organizational account.
Forgot password with SAML?
Since your password is centrally managed by your organization when using SAML, you cannot change it directly via FTAPI. If you use the "Forgot password" function, you will receive an email with a corresponding notice, as password management is handled exclusively by your internal IT department.
