• FTAPI SecuMails: The user menu in the navigation now opens to the side due to accessibility adjustments.
• FTAPI SecuRooms: Users can be removed from a single folder while retaining access to all other shared folders. Previously, deleting a user removed them from the entire data room. This makes user sharing more flexible.
• FTAPI SecuRooms: Administrators can search for the data room name in the SecuRooms console, allowing for quick and easy administration of a specific data room. 
• FTAPI SecuForms: The process pages are now displayed more clearly and attractively. Process page numbers are listed under the SecuForm title, providing users with better orientation. The respective title of the process page is then displayed below. This makes SecuForms clearer and more intuitive. 

Fixed

• FTAPI SecuMails: For level 3 and 4 deliveries to new users, the email regarding the completed share is now sent to the recipient even if no attachments were sent. 
• FTAPI SecuMails: It is now possible to access the initially sent delivery again from the download confirmation via the download button. 
• FTAPI SecuMails: When printing deliveries, very long texts are no longer cut off in the print view. 
• FTAPI SecuMails: There were occasional issues with redirection during login for level 3 & 4 deliveries. This has now been fixed. 
• FTAPI SecuRooms: Downloading data rooms that contain the tilde symbol "~" is now possible on Windows. The tilde symbol is replaced by an underscore "_". This is necessary due to Windows limitations.
• Administration: User groups with umlauts can now be assigned to individual users. 
• Administration: As soon as the available licenses are exceeded, temporary trial accounts are created and administrators are informed of the surplus. Users no longer receive this email notification. 
• Administration: When manually creating a user, the password field is now highlighted in red and the dialog remains open if the password policies have not been met. 
• Administration: SubmitBox submissions from manually created users are now possible again, even if the "Force new password" setting has been activated and the user has not yet logged in.
• Administration: Users who are already in a group are no longer automatically added to the guest group when a Submit ticket is created for the users.  
• Administration: Setting a new password is now also possible without any problems for manually created users.

FTAPI cloud customers do not need to take any action; the update happens automatically. Customers can find detailed information about the maintenance window at status.ftapi.com.
