Here you will find the current MSI package. Please note the information below regarding the distinction between the installer packages.

Compatibility note:
The version of the FTAPI Outlook Add-In always depends on your Windows operating system, not on the installed Office version. Since 32-bit systems no longer reflect the current state of the art, we offer our add-in exclusively as a 64-bit version to ensure maximum performance and security.

Which installer is the right one?

The downloaded package contains two different .msi files. Please select the file that matches your use case:

• Small_Installer (mandatory for software deployment): 
  Contains only the FTAPI Outlook Add-In. This installer must be used for automated deployment, as it does not install any dependencies.
• Full_Installer (for manual installation only): 
  Also contains the necessary Windows components (.NET, VSTO, WebView2). Since MSI packages technically cannot trigger further MSI installations in the background, this installer is not suitable for software deployment.

Note: Outlook must be closed during installation.

Requirements for software deployment

Since only the Small_Installer can be used for software deployment, missing dependencies are not automatically installed.

Therefore, make sure that the following components are deployed/installed in advance on the target systems. If these are missing, the add-in will not load.

Supported Outlook versions

• Classic Outlook 2016 or newer. 
  FTAPI no longer provides support for older Outlook versions.
