Sharing process for end-to-end encrypted data rooms

Sharing end-to-end encrypted data rooms with other people is easily done by entering their email address in the sharing dialog. The invited person will then receive an email notification and can access the data room and files after successfully logging in.

Special feature in the sharing process:

If the invited person
a) does not yet have an FTAPI account or 
b) has not yet activated SecuPass for SecuRooms

an additional approval by the data room admin is required in the application after the invited person has registered with the system and activated SecuPass*.

Important: For data rooms without end-to-end encryption, no additional approval by the data room admin is required if situation a) or b) described above applies.
