🎓 Admin Reports

The FTAPI system provides reports regarding usage. These reports can be accessed via the "Reports" tab. Specifically, the following reports are available:

Administration Reports

1. Account Report: This report provides users with a variety of information about their own usage of the FTAPI system (storage consumption, available storage, sent deliveries).
2. User Report: This report provides an overview of all users registered in the system, including storage used.
3. User Activity Report: This report records the following user activities for each user: user creation, last login, last upload, last download.
4. Action Report: This report chronologically records all past server events.

SecuMails Reports

1. Delivery Report: This report offers the possibility to obtain an overview of all sent FTAPI deliveries for an individually defined time period.
2. Monthly Deliveries: For the specified months, this report can be used to track how many FTAPI deliveries, including security level, were sent in the corresponding month. SubmitBox submissions are also included in the report. 
3. Delivery Download Report: This report records all file downloads that were performed for sent FTAPI deliveries.

SecuRooms Reports

1. SecuRooms Report: This report provides an overview of all created data rooms, specifying: data room name, creator + date, number of members, list of members by access role, file count, and storage consumption. 
2. Activity Log: This report chronologically records all events in all data rooms and thus serves organizations for compliance requirements. Recorded events: upload, download, view, delete.
