Activate activity notification for SecuRoom users

When activated, all users receive an email notification about activities in their respective data rooms. Activity is defined as: file upload.

The email notification thus contains an overview of new files in the data rooms. Users only receive notifications for data rooms to which they have access.

The cron expression checks the activities at a second-based interval.

Waiting time until activity notification is sent (in seconds)

To avoid a large number of notification emails, a waiting time of 5 minutes is recommended. The value is specified in seconds.
