New

  • FTAPI SecuRooms: Users can now assign a status to files – 'To do', 'In progress', 'Completed' or 'Rejected'. This allows for transparent tracking of processing status and more efficient coordination of team collaboration. Learn more.
  • FTAPI SecuRooms: Users can now assign a security classification to folders in a data room to specifically control data confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal policies. Learn more.
  • Administration: Admins can now add/remove individual users directly via their respective user profile to additional user groups, making user management even more intuitive and efficient. The assignment is limited to user groups to which the respective admin has access. Learn more.
  • FTAPI SecuMails: Users can resend the notification for a delivery via the outbox in the web interface. Learn more.
  • FTAPI SecuMails: Various optimizations have improved the accessibility of the application – this facilitates use for people with disabilities and ensures a more accessible user experience overall.
  • FTAPI SecuMails: The 'Set SecuPass' notification is now only displayed if a user is actually authorized to activate the SecuPass (= license-free feature) – this ensures more clarity and reduces unnecessary notifications.

Fixed

  • FTAPI SecuMails: The selection of security levels in the mobile view is now working correctly again. 
  • Reports: There were occasional issues in the Chrome browser when attempting to view HTML reports; this has now been fixed.
  • FTAPI SecuForms: For forms with multiple process pages, the titles of the individual process pages are now displayed correctly again.
  • FTAPI SecuRooms: The date can be viewed again in the activity panel.
  • Reports: The user report now again contains the storage used for deliveries/SecuMails. 
  • FTAPI Platform: The email notification informing about the start of the trial period now states the actual trial period in days.
  • FTAPI SecuForms: For long titles for the custom 'Radio Button' field, a line break now occurs, ensuring the text is displayed correctly.
