• Enforce compliance requirements for data room encryption: Admins can now define in group policies which type of data room group members are allowed to create (unencrypted, encrypted, both). This gives admins full control over encryption options, allowing them to consistently enforce compliance requirements and guide users. 
• Free up storage space by emptying the trash bin: Admins now have the option to completely empty the trash bin; all contents will be deleted and the storage space will be released.  
• Maintain an overview by allowing users to leave data rooms: Users can now independently leave data rooms via the data room options. Only the last remaining owner of a data room cannot leave it, ensuring it does not become orphaned.

SecuMails
 

• Better user guidance thanks to standard security levels for email delivery: Admins can now set a default security level for a group's deliveries in the group policies. For members of this group, the selected security level is automatically applied as the default when sending an email via the web interface. This ensures that users adhere to the specified security standards. If necessary, the security level can still be adjusted manually by the user.
• Further improvements for even more accessibility: 
  • Keyboard support for entering recipients has been improved.
  • File names have been optimized for screen readers and whitespace has been reduced. 
  • When changing the language, the HTML attribute is set automatically. 
  • Contrasts in SecuForms and the SubmitBox have been revised for better visibility.

• Bulk deletion of files works as expected and moves all selected files to the trash bin.
• Moving files no longer affects the naming of the file version. 
• The version check ignores file versions: files are therefore no longer considered the latest version of a file if they have the same name as a version of another file. The check only applies to the current name of the file.
