FTAPI Version 4.50.0
Release notes for FTAPI version 4.50.0
New
- FTAPI SecuMails: In the administration, attachment names can now be hidden in the corresponding email notifications for security levels 3 and 4. This allows potentially confidential information to be protected even better.
- SecuMails: Email notifications now also include the customer imprint in the footer, provided this has been stored in the administration.
- SecuMails: For level 3 and 4 deliveries, the SecuPass only needs to be entered once after each login in the Inbox. As long as the Inbox is not exited or reloaded, repeated entry is no longer required, simplifying the download of protected content.
- FTAPI SecuRooms: Change the user role directly in the access panel. In the access panel, you can change the user role of an individual user via the three dots. Inherited permissions must be changed at the initial level.
- Administration: The function for requesting a SecuPass change in user management is now displayed as a button. Previously, it was only recognizable as a hyperlink. Due to the new design, the function fits more visually consistently into the other options for resetting the SecuPass.
Fixed
- FTAPI SecuMails: Issues with the display of deliveries in the OX App Suite have been resolved.
- FTAPI SecuMails: Level 4 deliveries that were displayed in an unreadable format after switching tabs are now displayed correctly again.
- FTAPI SecuRooms: Performance improvement in the access panel
- Reports: Performance enhancement in the delivery report
- Administration: The SubmitBox can now be activated directly when creating a new user, provided that a group has been selected that is authorized for the SubmitBox.
