SecuRooms

• "Manage access" only affects the selected folder: If you select a subfolder in a data room and open "Manage access", you now change or remove access for this folder only. The person's roles in the rest of the data room and in other folders stay unchanged, whether you open the folder first or only select it.
• Revoked group access takes full effect, even for large user groups: If a user group is removed from a data room while its members are still being added, every member now loses the access granted through this group. No access notifications are sent in this case. This mainly affects very large groups, where adding all members takes a few seconds.
• From the "Public links" overview straight to the shared content: Clicking the name of an entry opens the shared data room or folder. You can check or change the content without having to search for it first.

Platform

• Users locked after failed attempts are released on time again: The counters for failed two-factor entries, for SMS sending and for the CAPTCHA are reliably reset on schedule again. Users who were temporarily locked after too many failed attempts can sign in again at the intended time. Short delays of up to one minute that could occur on some instances at the top of the hour no longer occur.

FTAPI cloud customers do not need to take any action, the update will be performed automatically. Customers can receive detailed information about the maintenance window via status.ftapi.com.
